Did not receive any update emails?

An email giving an expected time frame for carrying your message is sent
within a few hours (a bit more if overnight) of receiving the message.

A second email is sent after it is carried by a pigeon.
This is usually with one to two days unless a delay was indicated in the first email.

If you haven't received email about your message based on the above
please check your mail client "spam" or "junk" folder.

This has been a problem with Gmail and a few others in the past.

If an update email is still not found then
you can email a phone number or skype name to PigeonGram
and we will contact you.
